Low fps regardless of settings

Got a 3070 and 5 5600x, normally 110-130 fps at 1440p. But after not playing for a few months I come back and I get 60-70 fps. No matter what settings I change or if I put the resolution down to minimum it is the exact same fps. Seems like a bug, anyone know a fix?

i cant help you but the exact same situation has happened with me. I used to run 120-130 fps, quit for a while, came back and now i have 30-40. maybe just a bug. good luck, and if you find something please let me know.
