Report a translation problem
For those of you (as me) with Windows 10, maybe the culpit is the "System" process taking precious CPU time... I found out that this process was eating 40-50% of my CPU without good reason and my fan was running louder. I restarted my computer and the process was back around 0.1-0.5% of my CPU. I tried running Rust and after I closed it, my Steam didn't told me that it was running anymore!
It seems that, whatever the process is doing, it's stopping Steam to know when a game is gracefully closed...
