Hello,
Can not download Metal Sheet door diffuse texture image. It says long Unity error about "Texture is not readable, the texture memory can not be accessed from scripts. You can make the texture readable in the texture import settings. "

same. i get that too but just on other items :(

I guess that is cause newer unity version mismatch or they forgot something to modify, because on some items it work, on others it not and looks like each of us has different set of item problems

You need to browse the showcased skins inside the skin creator and click "EDIT" on them. There you can download the template
