Disconnected: World File Mismatch error

I don't know what this error means, I couldn't find anything online about it. Can someone explain what it means?

so the Maps are "Mismatched" just go in your Maps folder under Rust, and delete the corresponding Map name, and it will download from the New map from steam>

FAIL-PROOF FIX: Make sure the Start.bat and server.cfg have the same map levelurl link. Then in the server.cfg folder delete the companion log file, all player log files, sv files, and map saves. Then wipe the server and update the server. Open Steam/Library/Rust/Properties/Browse Local Files/Maps (delete ALL maps in folder).
Verify files for Rust in Steam. Start server. Play Rust. Login to server.
