Rust
ThisIsJamer 30 DIC 2019 a las 3:23 p. m.
RUST crashes while joining server. No error message. No crash Report.
When I choose a server, the server will start to load and then midway it will crash. I have never had this issue with RUST before, nor do I have this issue with any other game I have installed on the same drive.

-I have read and tried every fix I could find in steam discussions, reddit, and any other source available.

My system:
AMD Ryzen 1700
GTX 970SC
16BG 2400mhz RAM
Samsung 850 EVO 500GB (boot drive and main game drive which only includes PUBG, 7 Days to Die, and RUST)

This is what I have tried:
-Running Steam as administrator
-Running RUST as administrator
-Deleting client.cfg file
-Setting graphics settings in game to the bare minimum and loading into a small map server
-Uninstalling and reinstalling Steam
-Uninstalling and reinstalling EAC
-Uninstalling and reinstalling RUST
-Uninstalling and reinstalling GPU and GFX drivers
-Increasing virtual memory
-Restoring windows to a date before the issue (12/12/2019)

There was a few other off the wall things that I tried because people claimed it was a fix but had no success. they seemed like accidents anyways.

I am looking for any information that could be useful at this point.

Thank you for reading and thank you in advance for responding.

Did not resolve. It seems this is a widespread issue that started with the christmas update. I am just waiting for the next update to see if anything changes.

UPDATE:
I was hoping that the January update would end up fixing the problem, but it didn't. Still the same problem.

I have submitted a ticket directly through Facepunch Support. Link Below

I know a way to log into the server and run for 5-15 seconds.
To do this, skip the asset warmap.
Start logging on to the server and after the asset warmap starts, click the close button. And try again to enter the server.

I may have found a solution !!!
I managed to log in 2 times to the server, without any problems.
I have my homemade keyboard which consists of 3 devices, including mouse emulation. When disconnecting it from the computer, I calmly boot into the server and then connect it back.
Try disconnecting the mice and keyboards from the computer at boot time.
