Rust+ server offline bug

So it's this cool server (RUSTYMAIN) and the rust+ app isn't working it says server offline but if i pair a smart alarm or if i die i get the notifications but the app doesn't work itself like the map, chat , etc does this happend to all of the server can anyone help please.

Probably better to contact the server owner or ask others in that same server. Rust+'s functionality relies on how the server is setup.

Also make sure you're using the latest version of the app from the Rust+ settings menu.

i faced with this problem a month ago, and i've found out one thing, only "procedural map" doent show, i cant explain why. im still searching solution, but nothing in google(
