bug when walking - cuando camino con el personaje se traba constantemente

for 2 days that has been happening to me, the bug is very simple but at the same time confusing since I have not found anyone who has it, when I walk in any direction the game is cut repeatedly as if I had some kind of delay in the image, try different servers both vanila and moded and is the same, i have reinstall the game, check the files and nothing, the problem started from nothing, previously I had joined a server moded with 200 people and after that when I got into my personal server started the problem, i tried on servers without people and the problem is still not solved, I was advised to format the PC but it seems too much for something so simple, and I have the suspicion that I can still not solve because already reinstall the game 2 times erasing the configuracion data, I am already exhausted to look for solutions on the internet from forums in steam and in other pages in English and nobody has my problem, I hope you can help me but I will have to get used to the bug forever cause the game works fine except that annoying bug when walking.

desde hace 2 dias que me viene sucediendo, es muy simple el bug pero a la vez confuso dado que no he encontrado a nadie que lo tenga, cuando camino en cualquier direccion el juego se corta repetidas veces como si tuviera algun tipo de retraso en la imagen, probe diferentes servers tanto vanila como los moded y igual, reinstale el juego, verifique los archivos y nada, el problema comenzo de la nada, anteriormente me habia unido a un server moded de 200 personas y luego de eso cuando me meti a mi server personal empezo el problema, probe en servers sin personas y el problema sigue sin solucionarse, me aconsejaron que formate la pc pero me parece demasiado para algo tan simple, y que tengo la sospecha de que pueda seguir sin solucionarse xq ya reinstale el juego 2 veces borrando los datos que quedan de la configuracion, ya estoy exhausto de buscar soluciones en internet tanto de foros en steam como en otras paginas en ingles y nadie tiene mi problema, ojala me puedan ayudar sino tendre que acostumbrarme al bug para siempre xq el juego funciona bien salvo ese bug molesto al caminar.

Tengo el mismo problema, hace dos actualizaciones de Rust, el personaje al caminar se traba 3 o 4 veces y sigue normal.
