Stuck at Bootstrap System. (FIXED)

I'm trying to open the game and it just hangs in the "Bootstrap System" part.
Does anyone know how to fix this?

me too i tried to reinstall delete the whole folder updated my drive updated windows run rust on beta run rust on the .exe with admin nothing seems to work at all and its been like this for 3 months and i have to go to the stupid internet cafe just to play this game...someone help.

sometimes the game wont load if you have a wrong time clock in your windows...
try everything first and if you still get stuck in bootstrap system try resetting the time in your clock!

THIS ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ TOOK ME 3 MONTHS TO FIND

and the worst thing was that i had to go thorugh my error files and see that something was wrong about "timestamp" and i realized that my windows clock was 1 mintue behind.

so cool and all but ANY DAMN CHANCE YOU COULD EXPLAIN "RESET TIME CLOCK"? MAYBE HOW!!! and what do you mean reset time clock there is no option for this!!!

you dont reset the time just try to find a way to automaticly change your time to your current region time, there should be an option for that or you can just search in google what your current region time is. (ex. search in google: what time is it in *contry name*
