Ghosting effect only on rust !

I have this weird ghosting effect on rust and its bugging the S out of me and its all in rust!
I know Rust is unoptimized but this is the worst thing I have ever played on my laptop.
setup: MSI GL63 8RE-629[www.msi.com]

it worked though I can now sense major tearing on the screen and sometimes 4 frames would appear on the screen at once (the lines that appear between frames) and look like Tetris

turn on Vsync in your GPU's control panel if the screen tearing is bugging you so much
