Use an item while driving/piloting.

Being able to use an item or items on your hotbar while driving a car or piloting a minicopter. I'm not saying we should be able to use a gun while driving but it would be nice to be able to use meds, food, or an RF Transmitter to open doors (hint hint, garage door opener).

I mentioned the RF transmitter before too. I see the night vision googles has a toggle in the menu screen, why not RF transmitter.
