Skin Database that players can mass download all accepted skins.

As the title says.. players I feel, need the ability to just spend a hour or so, and mass download all the skins to their game one time. And be done with it. That way we don't have to sit and lag, or wait for skins to showup in game, or deal with the hassle of worrying if they're going to work this time logging in or not.

As it stands now all the cash I've spent on these skins, has been a waste of my time and effort. If I'm unable to use them, you've then sold me a false product.

Workshop isn't doing it's job properly as I hit the individual items to click and download them. But plot-twist your workshop is stuck at 0% downloading for hours there as well.
