Clothing, Armor and Uniform Slot Seperation Request.
Would it be too unrealistic of us to ask for a set of slots designated for body armor?

I would like to wear:
Bandana - Gloves - Jacket - Hoodie - Pants - Shoes
Head Armor - Chest Armor - Leg Armor

Slots should be, regardless of cliping (Can be adjusted over time)
  • Head (Riot, Miners, Bone, Beenie, Cap, Boonie)
  • Face (Bandanas, Burlap)
  • Shoulders (Jackets, Snow Jackets, Leather Poncho)
  • Chest (T's, Hoodies, Long sleeves, Leather, Burlap)
  • Legs (Pants, Shorts, Leather, Burlap, Skirts)
  • Feet (Boots, Leather, Burlap)

We need 3 slots souly for Armor!
  • Head (Coffee Can, Facemask)
  • Chest (Road Sign, Chest plate, Wood Chest)
  • Legs (Road Sign Kilt, Wood Legging)

Uniforms such as the HazMat suit and Bone Armor, at the very least the HazMat, should not remove all other clothing.

A Slot for Uniforms (Which renders all other clothing invisible to skip the need of readjusting clothing models that clip through)
Without the need to remove anything.

  • Uniforms (HazMat, Bone (Maybe))

We are now able to buy all these new skins and we can't use them the way we want to because of this massive restriction/limitation in customization.
We need some love in this area.

Agree, the need of an optimization is there. And more slots are needed to be able to wear more clothing at the same time and be able to cover all parts of the body.

Just for the helmet I would say if you are wearing a miners hat, you can not wear another helmet. That would be unrealistic. Maybe just make helmets able to attach a headlight to it. Like you can attach a light or silencer to a weapon.

I agree too. Seems a bit cheap to just have the slots in the same place for everything. The different apparel should be seperated into categories such as armor slots, clothing slots, and weapon slots. +1

personaly i like your idea, and personaly i think they should and 5 more clothing slots but let you layer clothing/armor like you can in real life. but making it to were you can't put on the same or to similer armor piece. ill have to make a example and when i do ill edit my comment to enclude it.

edit: something like this http://i.imgur.com/0no6Vhj.png

but in real life you could do better with layering.
