He paints himself into corners using logical fallacies and then screams that everyone else is using logical fallacies despite that being obviously untrue to anyone who can read. Also, to answer your original question, your account doesn't look like it's actually VAC banned (see Crank Bastard's account for an example of an actual VAC ban). It does look like you have multiple game bans, though. The only chance you have of getting un-banned would be to contact EAC and/or Facepunch. They'll likely just tell you that account security is your own responsibility and not lift your ban, but that is the best chance you have.
