INSIDE FOUNDATION GLITCH
This glitch takes advantage of the double door opening "animation" which allows you to get pushed in to a foundation. Basically all you need is a triangle foundation with a double door that opens inward on it and a square foundation that is 1 step higher than the triangle on next to it.

This may only work on build servers. Had the same thing happen with ladder hatch but found out later that it was only bug on build servers.
