whats with the cheating/hacking in this game. i know with the anti cheat programs is suppose to prevent it but wow, all im seeing are players getting banned for flyinghack, and tonight a player shot thru a \-/ cover like that of large rocks with a rifle. the cover was facing towards the water and no player was in front or above me and i heard the bullet come from the side

no one can stop people from cheating. All , any game , can do is catch and ban them.
Flyhack doesn't necessarily mean that he's using cheats. Google it.
Currently there's a bug which allows you to see through the rock from far away but cannot shoot through it. That's probably it.

if you only heard it that just means it's within a certain radius of you. i've been chilling inside a 1x1 jack shack and had shots fly by the walls that gave me the crack sound effect even though i was completely sealed off

not only did i hear it, it missed the 1st time, and 2nd time was a 1 shot from full HP in full metal armor or what ever that gear is called high end metal.

it was just fishy how no one was around me and i mean that by nothing in front of me and i was standing in cover between a solid structure of rocks and i hear a bullet fly by and next one hits me. thats what had me baffled

It's been like this for ass long as I remember playing Rust. The first things that will be rendered in the distance are bases. Ahter the bases Rust renders the envirement in between. Sure it's a problem, because you can't hide your base in a forrest or behind some rock formations.
But I don't think it's a common bug.

I think buildings and the envirement are two different things that needs to be rendered in Rust. Maybe they should check their distances, so the first thing to render will be the envirement.

Quit spamming dude, no one cares about your hacker infested server. You're just trying to find suckers you can use your hacks on after your game ban.

I just wanted to add the following reply to haters: Connect and check for yourself, it's a working and running server with EAC disabled for those players who wish to play with EAC disabled or those who are unable to play on EAC protected servers.
