how do you enforce the no offline raiding, seen that on a few servers but still happens to me when i work

You use a uMod on the server that you can set rates at. So on the server the first ten minutes of logging out your base is not safe.
The plugin takes that time to start and then you base gains strength over time.

It is not fool proof.

Though fighting at your base and logging out thinking you are safe from a raid is a big NO NO!

As the server grows I will be looking to up the slots, add more admins and VIP Kits for long time players on the servers
