Got banned for typing "r" in chat. No warnings, just straight up perm banned after 2 days of nonstop playing. It appears the admins have no sense of reason. I went to discord where there's chat dedicated to discussing bans. I was kicked out immediately after voicing my own opinion about the ban. This server doesn't deserve any players. I highly suggest playing on a different server where the staff is more friendly.

You offer no proof at all, and everyone is supposed to judge this server over this correct?

Also the reason given is very weak and vague.

Just like allowing servers to ban people with no proof then get you added to the auto ban mod crap. Same thing.

will say im in tad agreement that nameing and shameing without proof is not correct or nice.

Lets pretend however without the sliver of proof what you say is true be happy its only two days and move onto a nice new server. what I always tell people when I am introduceing them to rust or helping them in there journey is if they don't like the people who own the server there playing on or at least trust them then they are on the wrong server and should be happy to move.

yes I also feel the proof should go both ways so admins/owners should have a legit reason.

Example case1: on my server today server got a quick restart for a hotfix to a mod. then x member chose to raid a group "yes this is his second time breaking into them" while they where all offline they looged on 6 hours after he raided them.
The main dude or think he the main one turns around and told the raider he is the most toxic admin abuseing **** he ever met, the twist in the story is I am the owner and the dude they where talking to is just some random player \o/

my example just shows how sometimes people's views on things are bonkers. that said the guy who had a cry and ran off I have not banned him or anything like that I am more than happy if he wants to return as he has yet to break any of my server rules.

If I had access to logs I could show you guys. But sadly I do not. There is not much to say other than the fact I got banned for typing "r" in chat. The point of the post was to save people from the same fate as I. Kept it short so people would actually read it.
