Getting Kicked For Fly Hack On My Own Server

Whenever i use noclip on my own local server i get kicked for fly hacking, in rust admin i set myself to owner and i can spawn things in and enable god mode and stuff like that, im not using any plugins but i have recntly installed oxide. does oxide include a anti cheat plugin or something? if anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated
