What define a "community" server from a "modded" server?
Hello there!
I am quite curious to know this difference.

Or, to be more precise: I run a modded server using Oxide so I know that my server is in the "modded" list but what if...

I would run a server without Oxide and would modify the server config file only?
Would it be considered modded?

How this thing work?

You can indeed simply change the oxide.cfg to put a modded server into the community server list.

HOWEVER , if you do this, you will most certainly get caught.
Facepunch can tell you have mods on the server and will ban the servers ip/port from the server list Which will equal death of the server.

You ARE ONLY allowed to do this IF you ONLY have admin mods on said server. That is the ONLY way.

If you have to even question is this considered a "admin only" mod then it most likely is NOT.

You will not have a second chance to explain all that to FP.
It is totally not worth doing.
