Do you have your page file set to your ssd?
Check to see if your PC is defaulting your page file to a HDD, because with only 16gb ram you will be spilling over into your page file for sure, which will cause issues if its on a slow HDD

Follow these steps to check which hard drive your pc is using for the page file, if its set to your HDD change it to your SSD, should help massively for any games that need more than 16gb ram. Change it to ssd and I would recommend to keep it on "system managed size" instead of creating a custom size.
