Can't Fishing Rod.

OK Steambois. I'm out of options, so I'm turning to you for help.

I'm on an quiet server ecause I wanted to try out all the things I haven't done before; the fishing life being on that list. The issue is that I have a fishing rod, but cannot interact with it. left, right click, hold L/R click, MMB, E/interact, R/reload... nothing. no animation, nothing.

No one seems to know what's going on, and no one seems to have had this issue in my searching online.

Is it me?

at what point cant you interact? can you pick it up, put it in inventory/box, equip on hotbar, add bait, cast?

Maybe they have a conflict with a plugin they have. Just find another server to play on

can pickup and equip, put in box; can't left, right click, reload / e/ x do nothing.
i should try loading into another server and see if it works there. Batair might be right. must test.
