The effective box size has been forced positive and is likely to give unexpected collision geometry.
If you absolutely need to use negative scaling you can use the convex MeshCollider. Scene hierarchy path "Decor/assets/bundled/prefabs/modding/cubes/white_cube.prefab"
This seems to be the main cause of the error still looking for a way to fix it though
I am still doing testing during the limited time I have when I get off work to try and fix it.

The only fix I have been able to find after hours of search is to use a vpn and then open rust and you will be able to play with no problem
