Getting disconnected from servers

Earlier today, I was able to play just fine, I quit the game, and saw a notice that Rust had an update waiting, so I hit the UPDATE button .. At the same time, I noticed Windows wanted me to "restart" for a forced update of Win10. I waited until Rust finished and verified itself, then closed Steam client and restarted Windows.

After restarting, and re-loading Steam client, I started my Local (same machine) Rust Server, then the Rust client, and tried to connect .. halfway thru loading, I got disconnected. I triple checked all my files, (start.bat and cfg files), I updated the Server via SteamCMD, and looked at log files for anything that stood out as an error. Everything seemed in order. I messed with making edits to files for a few hours, no luck. I did a full wipe and re-install of the Dedicated Server software, no fix.

I then tried to connect to a Community server, and the same thing happened. Halfway through loading, I got disconnected. So, back to Steam, re-verified Game Files .. tried a different Community Server, and was able to connect. Okay, COOL! I thought. Went back to my server, restored original files, and regenerated a new procedural map. Server started and ran fine. started Game, tried to connect, console showed connecting, loading screen showed normal process to near completion, then, DISCONNECTED. I messed with this for another hour or 2, then got frustrated and uninstalled game, wiped PC of old files, restarted PC, and reinstalled game fresh .. tried to connect to a community server, half-loaded, and disconnects. Tried connecting to my local server, loads half way, and disconnects.

Anyone else having problems? Anyone have any idea why I am disconnecting from ALL servers, including same-machine Local server? (I did check my Firewall settings, in case they got messed up in windows update, they are fine.

I have not gotten any notice of a "ban" of any sort, I have never played on an official server, and all but the first 2 hours of my 60 hours, are on my private Local server. I am completely stumped, and frankly, pretty aggravated.

Update: I was able to join one Official server, once, but still not able to join any Community servers, or my own Local server.

Now I think I should investigate my Rust server just in case FacePunch made a thing happen to the dedicated servers....

Just to update, my server is running flawlessly, so I cannot help you there.

I appreciate the response. I can't explain why, but after another "workshop" content update yesterday, I am now able to join all servers as normal.
