Internet Speed has everything to do with rust performance!
I just bought a new powerful computer. intel core i7-4770 cpu @ 3.40 ghz 16 gb ram. And it runs exactly the same as my old laptop. Really bad framerate issues. It helps if i turn graphics and grass of just the same. I have really poor internet speed

I can see that your CPU is pretty good, but do you even have a graphic card? o.o.

This game, by default, uses your intergrated graphics card as well... make sure that's not what's going on if this new computer of yours is a laptop.

Strange doesnt say anything about a graphics card. The computer came with a disk called Driver and GPU Tweek graphic card. When i install it the computer restarts and nothing happens. Not in download history or nothin. And its a tower computer

If it's an integrated one, than yes. In fact, most of the time they don't come with an actual graphics card.

Do people not do research on the pc's they buy these days? Or do they just get sucked into the con of it all. The world may never know.

Yes your CPU is fantabulous. But without a good AMD/Nvidia GPU (I prefer nvidia) you won't be playing ♥♥♥♥ because integrated graphics SUCK.

If you can return it immediately
Stay away from anything DELL yes this includes Alienware

The graphics card is a NVIDIA Ge Force GT 625

There's your problem, that isn't a card you use for gaming. It doesn't even come up to half of the performance of what most consider to be the lowest end gaming graphics cards (the Radeon 7750 and GTX 650)

Oh, thanks, I hadn't realized...¬¬ I know it was the GPU, but what I don't know is which is the minummun of Internet speed to run the game decently. He said he had a poor Internet speed so I asked in case it's similar to mine and I can check I can run it with the appropiate components, no matter my Internet connection.
