Everything Gone All Structures NO WIPE

I am admin of my server. Last night I logged out in a large base today I log in and ALL structures are gone however I still know all my recipes to make things.... it was NOT A RAID as all pillars foundations and everything are gone from the ENTIRE server!

What happened????

I just checked other servers I frequent and same situation all buildings are gone without a wipe. Can anyone else confirm?

Some cheater is coming this two days ago... And this cheat is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ free..... No clip and esp!!! he can see all box and players , he wait you go and go juste take all stuff on your boxes...

i am an owner as well of a server. that same thing happened to me a few days ago as well where all the bases and stuff were wiped clean. today a wipe of the characters inventory happened (still can craft what i had learned). you just need to do what i am doing. everytime i log off or call it a "night" i download all the server world files along with all the character files and back them up on my computer. so if something does get wiped you can re-upload the last save that you have. its the best solution to all the updates that just wipe something clean for whatever reason. good luck!

My server didn't wipe building, I don't know how the admin did it. All I know it's he's using many mods like Oxyde. But this morning, we have tons of issue like can't open boxes or campfire, can't select a weapon, etc.

Funny I can find guides on backing up your server but none say anything about how you actually restore the server.

Yep. My house disappeared while I was in-game. Didn't leave the game at all. Went out for a supply run, came back . . . empty. Nothing. No foundations or anything. 6 more hours wasted.

my house has vansihed several times.... it was from desync. if leave, come back, and it would be gone... id disconn then reconn and have to run back and it would be there. scared me a ton first time it happened.

This is the whole server. Not just one player desync issue. Can any other admins chime in if today you are seeing this issue???

NO, as I stated in my OP, I had a pistol and all my learned recipes. If this was a wipe all would be reset.

Can now confirm what mrrcom said. I logged out, restarted the game and my house was back.

Someone did note before that when they wiped their server ppl still had their recipes in their crafting and did not have to learn them again.

So maybe this has happened to your server too, where the map was wiped yet the crating recipes stayed.

I am told this is a rust bug. I've seen it happen on a server I played on. My issue now is I am 1/3 admins on a new server and it just happened. Has anyone found a fix besides backing up the files often?
