Anyone know what different color names mean?

Just noticed people have different color names over their heads, makes me wonder if there's a system to mark bandits or good people.

Simply not admin. I ust to do it here is how you do it...Google "Hex Code Color Chart" Find a color code that you want like for example I want my name to be pure black. The code the black is 000000 what i would do with that is put [000000] before your steam name. So i'd be [000000]Lucas. Once your in game your game will show black. NOT IN CHAT ONLY WHEN PEOPLE SEE YOU. -Hope This helped ~~

Its not an idicator of anything. Garry said its a Codec bug and hes fixing it because people can put color combinations in their names

Use color codes like mine is [4-1111] it makes my name dark red. So set your steam name with a color code infront of it. Example: [4-1111] TheLightMoose

on some servers you have to do something similar to my name, but it only works on modded servers that have MVP player ranks
