How many hits (stone hatchet, metal hatchet, pickaxe) does it take to break a wood wall?
Resolved
You cannot break wall with tools, you need 2 (sometimes 1 if the wall hasnt been repaired recently) explosive charges from loot containers.

You cant break Walls with tools, only Explosive Charges

it takes 200 hits to destroy a wooden door with the metal hatchet so im assuming around that many hits

It takes none, as you cannot break it down with tools. Only charges my friend!

And you get charges from Airdrops?
RadioDan Feb 3, 2014 @ 1:24am
You get explosives from airdrops. Once dropped you can research them and put them to use in making explosive charges.

WALLS have a soft and hard side.
It takes 7-ish metal pickaxes to destroy one.
WOODEN DOORS take a few metal hatchets from either side (not sure on exact number)
FOUNDATIONS are weak from the top (same stats as walls)
FLOORS are weak from the bottom (same stats as walls)
SHEET METAL DOORS can technically be broken down with salvaged hammers, however this takes a long time, and lots of resources. Consider an autoattack bind, and nearby repair bench.

any wall, floor, foundation can be destroyed with tools, depending on what level the wall is, it will take more. Also depends if its soft side or hard side. It may take a long time if its hard side, but it is dueable

Hi guys, I am currently recruiting The British Empire, commonly known as TBE. The clan currently has 2 members but we are beginning to focus heavily on recruitment. We have a website, a discord, an email, a twitter account and we're working on a steam group.

Our recruitment process has a few steps the first may be a game changer, you have to be British if you are then the next step is to check your hours on Rust, if you have over 80 you are good to go. Next step you must own Discord and have a working mic. The next step requires you to be at least 15, any younger if off-limits. Finally you must be able to play at the very lowest 5 hours a week.

So now you've heard a bit about our requirements here are our policies
  • We do not shoot nakeds unless they pose a threat to our members or any of our allies.
  • No one in the clan can type in chat unless given permission by an admin or unless it's in an emergency.
  • Know your place. Respecting members that are higher ranked is key to us. Here at TBE we work around a respect based ranking system that allows the most hard working and thoughtful members to work their way up the food chain.
  • Complaining or moaning at team mates is not aloud, we like to keep positive attitudes and enjoy the game. No one likes someone who blames others for their mistakes.
  • Knowing when it's time to have fun and when it's time to play seriously is key. Don't get me wrong, here at TBE we love to arrange fun events inside and outside of Rust but knowing when to enjoy killing team-mates is important.

*Please do keep in mind that these polices may change over time, an updated post will be released if so.*

TBE's has many goals and targets we would like to meet someday.
Here are a few:
  • Our main priority would be to become well-known and well-respected to the Rust community. What I mean by this is we'd like people to want to make trade deals and alliances with our clan, but at the same time we want to be known as a force to be reckoned with.
  • In the future TBE are hoping to start a YouTube channel where we upload funny events we've hosted, raids, raid defences and other enjoyable content. If we gain a large enough ordiance we hope to use the revenue to fund a TBE server that would have everything we love about Rust all in 1 server.
  • Our very first member goal is 10 members our second will be 25. Our third member goal will be 50, we will split the members over 2 servers to really get our name out there.
  • I believe that in Rust you don't have to be great at PVP or great at building. That's why I've set-up my own separate divisions for the clan. For example we'd have 10 guys who'd PVP for us, 2 that would stay at base and craft, a dedicated builder, a team of 6 gatherer's who would collect stone, wood and metal for us. This may seem optimistic but we are dedicated and inspired by the former empire with all it's military might, all it's industrial might and all it's economical might.

So now you've heard the basic needs, goals and beliefs of our clan, here is how to contact us:
You can contact me any time and I will get back to you as soon as I can or you can contact our head of PR Jacob_GB
