ISSUE: Not respawning at my sleeping bag/camp spot.

Basically as the title says, I was in Rust playing and has set up a small camp/base with a buddy. I died and when I went to respawn it stuck me in the middle of no where... I suicided many time and kept trying to camp respawn and it just randomly placed me somewhere.

Just curious to see if anyone else has experienced this?

This will happen if someone distroys your sleeping bag, or if you never put one down. your sleeping bag is your "camp"

I understand that, My base/sleeping bag were intact and I did not pick mine up or anything like that... I had my friend go back to our base and look for me!

Also if you die, respawn on your sleeping bag, there is a minute / two minute wait to respawn on your sleeping bag again. did you die multiable times?

There is a cooldown so if you die too often it will stick you in the middle of nowhere.

It's 5 minutes cooldown.

Hmmm okay, I spent 20 minutes trying to respawn on it and got bored lol so I got off, I'll be on later and try then! Thanks guys!

look in the bottom left of your respawn screen

You have to choose the bag. If you just click "respawn", then it puts you on a beach randomly.
