Stuck at "connecting to server" while joining all servers?

Ever since I've bought the game, whenever I try to join a server it gets stuck at the "Connecting" screen. It happens with nearly every single server (with the exception of one official one, but even that one doesn't work most of the time). Anyone having a similar problem, or a fix?

i'm having it too all we can doo is hope the makers fix this at somepoint!! i think this should have been on the top of there list the first time people started having this problem!

I also have this issue although sometimes it does let me in but only about once a day if it decides to let me play

I heard if you lower the render distance or soemthing you can load? Try that.

It doesn't matter what server I try and connect to they all say the same thing
