Microphone volume is very low

I have raised my microphone level in Windows 7 to MAX but it's still very low and people can't hear me properly. Since there's no mic option in-game, is there any way I can fix this outside the game? Or maybe in the console?

yea same here...what kind of headphones are you guys using? Mine are the Sony Pulse Wireless and connected via bluetooth.

My mic was working for cuple of weeks, since the last update i have the same problem.
Mic Volume is very low, no problems in different Chat applications, like Skype, TeamSpeak, Facebook Voice Chat etc.

Try checking your sound options to ensure your mic is at 100 volume, then untick let applications take control of it since that can cause it to lower.
Other than that I notice lots of people tend to be quiet, I think mic volume drops very fast if you're far away from someone, sometimes I can't even hear people outside of my door cause they stand a couple of meters away.
