15$ Premium Inventory
So, to access premium servers i need to have an inventory worth around 15$, but this doesn't include DLCs afaik, so if all steam market items go tot 0$ how to access premium?
Did i misunderstand something? :D

Permanent store items with fixed prices also count toward it
