Do not have Prem status, meet the standard.
Tried to refresh inventory, refresh server list, verified the game, turned steam off and on again, waited over 45 mins if there was a delay according to the update.
Nothing, have well over the limit for the prem tag.

Maybe put inventory on open so they can see you own 15+ in stuff.
