How to build a house?

I'm new to thsi game so how can you build walls and doors?

When you have your blueprint active, hold down right click and the wheel menu will pop up. Highlight Walls and then left click. Might take a time or two to make it change. Then, assuming you have the proper materials, a wall can be placed. Same for all of the other structures.

10 Steps:
1. Hit a tree with your 'Rock' until you get 100 wood.
2. Build a 'Salvaged Hammer' with your 100 wood.
3. Hit a tree with your 'Savage Hammer" until you get 200 wood.
4. Build a 'Wooden Hammer' with 100 wood.
5. Build a 'Paper' with 100 wood.
6. Build a 'Blueprint" with your paper.
7. Now go gather enough wood and stone for your house. (I'd suggest making a stone hatchet to gather)
8. When you are ready to build put your 'Blueprint in your numbered belt socket in your inventory.
9. Select the correct number for your 'Blueprint'.
10. Right click to select what part you want to build!

The new version is faster then the old. You dont have to do any of the Formetioned steps to build a house. only have to make the blue print and then you can build your house out of wood.

you search the wiki. Also do not bother with wooden doors, you will be robbed the second you log out. Your main goal in this game is to build a metal base and stay awake for 24 hours a day or you will lose everything all the time. Also anyone you see will blast you on sight.
