i've seen videos of people inserting pictures onto there signs
how do they do it ???

Just go to google and find a picture in images. Right Click, Copy image URL. (in game) look at sign and Press Enter. Type /sil (Then press ctrl + V to paste) Press enter and boom, dere it is, (some images don't work) I think its the most impressive, but simple mod for any game to date. I used it to make my base feel more like home with flowers and privacy fence hd photos, I found on google, It really was a game changer when I would use it as camoflage and cover inside walls and outside of sinper post with Camo images and stills from in game. I even put a couple pics of my dog from off my facebook lol
