Why ban my game, give me an explanation!

My account should have been stolen, how could I play the game to cheat! You can see that I bought this game on November 8, 2018, and I just played it for a few hours because of work transfer. I can play the game normally but I haven't played it in the last few days! I can't get into the server when I start the game today! Finally found out that I was banned! Is that why? What went wrong? I'm a good player. I've bought a lot of games in STEAM and haven't been banned, why is RUST banning me! I never cheat! And you look at the hours of my game is only 96 hours, and only recently played! Why are the games I bought in 2018 not banned? I was banned until I started playing in October this year! If I were a cheater I would have been banned in 2018! ! ! I want an explanation! !
