Server loading stuck at "Receiving Data"

It won't stop. It's been like this 2000000 times. I can't enter the Facepunch Toronto server.

It's getting OUTRAGEOUSLY annoying. Is there a fix to this? I've tried the "kill" command about 18000000000 times, it doesn't work nor respawn me in a less laggy area.

same for me but with facepunch washington. i typed "terrain.pvt false" in console before loading in and it worked once but once i got into the game and suicide to get to my sleeping bag it froze on the re spawn screen.

I'm trying to connect in FACEPUNCH AMSTERDAM III past 14 HOURS. But still i can't connect to the any AMSTERDAM server.
I have tried following steps
1. Verify cache (4 times)
2. Login steam (8 times)
3. Anti cheat install (4 times)
4. Restart pc (4 times)

But still having the same problem ,
Please help me or resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Can you find the server IP that your trying to connect to and try pinging it from the CMD console?

Have you checked your router/firewall/AV and anti adware software isnt blocking Rust or EAC?

Are you trying to play on a potato?
