Noob cuestion cut wood ,whithout hatchet or stone

Hello, is my first day on this game, i start building my hose, i crafted hatchet and pick, but now all are destroyed and no have materials for make new tools, what option i have?

Try to find sleeper and steal their rock, if you've some other tool/weapon you can break barrels and hope for tools or make suicide and get new rock.

Another cuestion if you die lost all stuff or can to pick from your corpse?

Your items will stay on the corpse, corpses stay up to 30minutes, but can be destroyed (Harvested) or looted by other players. (Not sure but could be that animals can eat corpses)

Finally looking for raid some house whit c4 droped from air mail. I lost my house , and looking for my house i found a jerry with a stone hatchet :) now were my house ? lol

yes you need to find your corpse first though
