Can't place a door!

I build a doorway, but i can't place a door. I tried it multiple times on other doorways, but its red all the time. :(

Same here. No reason why I shouldn't be able to place this door, it just won't turn blue and place.

maybe,the you dont have building privelage.or maybe you dnt have matterials,or maybe youre not close enough,or maybe its not stable enough.or maybe garry hates you
