Bow Bug Explained Please Fix This

As the title says i had a bow and 10 arrows shot them all then could not shoot of course,

So i picked up the ones i shot and it still would not let me shoot them and of course i was shooting them becasue i was in a fight and since i could not shoot back i lost

I figured out how this bug works when you first get a fresh bow by fresh i mean not found on the ground u found it yourself or made it

you you first have the bow u can actually shoot a arrow even if you dont have one and if you do this you cant use the bow anymore reguardless if you have arrows or not

so when i was fighting this guy i shot my 10 arrows and then the one i did not have which bugged my bow and so i picked up arrows off the ground thinking i would shoot back which it would not let me becasue my bow got bugged

I had the same thing the bow was showing full health (never used) but it was spent ..i give it to a friend to try but he could not use it also
