I've tried all of these suggestions and none have worked until in tried this.
Delete everything rust related on your ://C drive or computer.
open steam, reinstall rust to your computer or "steam library".
Try launching the game once it re-installs.
If still getting "EAC Error" whenever you try to load the server, delete all rust related items again.
Go back to steam, go to game library and right click Rust and select install updates.
Launch Rust FROM STEAM GAME LIBRARY, not a desktop short cut or anything else.
You should see the game settings box before the game launches. Problem should be solved.
"Game Security Violation #0000000D" errors typically display the name of a process that caused it, such as LightingService.exe, SelLed2.exe or MyColor.exe. Closing the process will allow the game to launch without issues. The software in question (usually ASUS Aura or RGB Fusion from Gigabyte) uses vulnerable components that can be exploited for cheating or cause unexpected errors. That is why we recommend closing this application before starting the game. If the vulnerabilities are fixed, the error will no longer be displayed.
i hope it can help :3
