Disconnected: Timed Out

Every time I connect to a server (Tried different ones) it keeps disconnecting me for about 5 times, then it lets me play for some time and then it randomly disconnects me, this is very annoying. I tried everything, from formatting my pc to change the server ping from Steam (default 5000 and I put 1500) nothing changed....I saw others had this problem but it was never fixed, hope something changed.
Thing I have tried:
-Verifying Rust game files
-Updating every pc's drivers
-Uninstalling and Reinstalling Rust
-Uninstalling and Reinstalling Steam
-Tried different Servers

Specs
-GPU: Nvidia geforce 1060
-CPU: i7-7700K
MOBO: MSI Z270 GAMING M3
-RAM: 16gb DDR4

Game is installed in SSD Samsung 960 EVO 250GB

I have also discovered that when the game is about to disconnect me, my fans spins faster than usual, might be a hardware problem?
