Game stuttering every 15 seconds since force

I run Rust smooth as anything normally and have been playing with this pc since I got it 7 months ago with no issues. Since force yesterday I have been experiencing lower frames than normal in some areas but most importantly I am micro stuttering every 15 seconds on the dot. I've been counting every time it stutters and without fail around 15-16 seconds it will stutter which results in my aim messing up mid fights or if I'm turning my mouse i'll be looking in a completely new direction in a single frame. It is unplayable currently.

I've reinstalled graphics drivers. windows drivers. Tweaked ingame settings (I play on very low nearly everything normally), updated chipset / lan drivers and still nothing. I played 5 hours before force with no issues and now all of this. What do I do? I see like no one else having this issue either making me worried it'll never get fixed if it is a issue on their part. HELP

I saw that people who got stutters after the big world update solved it by reducing Shaders to 300.

Also why tf do you play on low with that kind of a rig?

Low settings is better for gameplay advantages. Such as easier to see people in bushes and what not. My shaders is on the lowest setting of 100 right now

I remember getting those 15 second stutters but it usually gets resolved when I restart the game/PC.

Stutters can be different, when Rust is downloading a workshop skin it can stutter. It's shown as a small download in Steam Downloads, can you make sure if that's causing the stutter? It's incredibly annoying but there is a way to prevent it.

Rust is a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ beautiful game, even with a worse rig I still like to give it something and just enjoy. Kind of "stopping to smell the roses" kind of thing...

i have factory reset my pc deleted drivers and updated multiple times nothing helps just wait for patch it seems like

I'm going crazy because I don't know if it's my PC or the game, the components are new xD and on all servers I have fps drops every so often
