Automatic processor affinity

Hey i have 7800x3d + 4060 ti 16gb and 32gb ram
the game feels weird first no matter what my view distance rust wont load objects only when i get close, and it feels what its load them game is shuttering, Also have xmp enable, drivers up to date, and more.
notice this option called Automatic processor affinity, should it be on or off?
