1) Go to Steam settings > "In-Game" > Scroll down to > "Server browser pings per minute" change it to 250.

2) ⊞ Win key + R, type cmd hit Enter. Paste
ipconfig /flushdns
hit Enter.

* Go to your network settings and disable/enable the wifi (optional)

3) Run Rust.exe as admin (right click) from its original folder

4) ⊞ Win key + R, type cmd hit Enter. Paste
netsh winsock reset
restart your pc.

Let me know if any of that works.
If not, provide more details...does it happen when launching Rust or connecting to a server?

In general, I wouldnt recommend using wifi to play Rust. Try to hardwire connect your PC to the router with an ethernet cable. Youll get a much more stable and faster connection and may even solve your issue.
I see
Someone said what fixed it for them was to go to steam settings then under the "In Game" category almost at the bottom under the "More" category lower the "Server browser pings/per minute" to the loweset value of 250.

Trying to load all them servers at once is too much for ur wifi.
Restarting your computer never hurts either.

I tried everything you wrote but nothing helps. When rust is loading and the main menu is popping in,it just takes 15-20 seconds either I’m loading into a server or not it constantly breaks my whole WiFi in the house. I also have to correct that my pc is connected with the Ethernet cable. So it has more then enough power to start. I play for 3 years now and could also join US servers from Europe without problems. When I’m running the Internet speedtest i have 96mbits download / 37mbits upload. More then recommended to play rust.
