rust wont open?
hey im having an error msg when i try to open rust to play iut. whats going on? how can thsi be fixed? i tried reinstalling it but it still crashes on startup

It says "launch error" or "startup error" then I restart my PC several times. This each time I boot it up.

Then when it loads up it freezes saying "not responding"

Is it installed on a solid state drive?

not currently as its coming in on the 12th. but it still wont open due to a launch error

Omg reinstalling worked. Of course an update mightve helped too. Can't wait till my ssd comes in!

It's weird to me that you had to order a ssd... when they are all over the place and super cheap. It's even weirder that you would attempt to play this game without one in the first place.

I don't have a lot of money. And the main issue of it is resolved. The launch error.
