50% GPU usage RTX 5080

Anyone know how to get your GPU to run at 99-100%.. Im running the game maxed out in 4k and my cpu usage is higher than my gpu usage..

GPU usage - 30-40%
CPU usage - 50-60%

specs -

i9 14900k
64GB DDR5 6000 mhz ram
RTX 5080 - Just upgraded getting the same performance as my old 3070 which was running at 100% usage..

Most likely your cpu cant produce more frames. Given the fact that Rust ,,favors" AMD x3d processors + Rust is too cpu heavy and overloads few individual cores, thats all you are going to get for now, until they optimize the game further.

You are looking at it wrong, look for CPU usage PER THREAD, DO NOT look at the entire CPU.

Render thread is at 100%, chances are there are 2-4 of them at 100% but rest of the CPU isn't. That's how games work, they cannot utilize every single core.

And it's why your GPU is waiting, what you can do it increase the quality of graphics to utilize your GPU more and make it work harder.
