weird mouse feeling
after having a break from rust i come back and my mouse feels slow and delayed even though i have good frames and idk how to fix it?

You could try to change sensitivity or the DPI in your mouse settings.

im a low sens player playing at 0.4 with 400 dpi and dont feel like it would change much but i will give a try

I haven't heard of this issue before, so it's best to try with the most obvious solutions first. After, we can troubleshoot some other things. :D Good luck!

maybe game randomly changed settings from Fullscreen to Borderless?

Borderless adds stupid amount of input latency, you can literally end your flick before screen starts to show it.
