You can recognize cheaters by how old their steam profile is.
They just want to make sure someone with a new account didn't buy hacks and is joining the server.
That's all.
from the outside this looks suspect as hell!
sour has given you the best answer here but honestly
if you turn out to be legit
almost everything visible on profile would get an admin's attention!
so maybe work on hours and friends
maybe a few more games too would help! just so it's clear you are not just here to be toxic
also be VERY CAREFUL who you play with and get used to CHECKING PROFILES !!
playing with a known cheater will ALSO get you banned!
and this is why you may struggle for a while as to an experienced Rust player you have potential ban written all over you!
good luck and I wish you well
time will tell what your intent is :)
I would bet money he cant :P
