bonjour je vous contacte pour savoir si il est possible de dé-bannir mon compte ruts car j'ai été bannis l'an passe en février pour cheat. Mais je n'avais pas le jeux d'installé sur mon ordinateur

The game does not need to be installed while you receive the ban for cheating. Steam forums is not a place to dispute ban(s).

but I just reinstalled and it tells me that I am banned for cheating even though I haven't had it for 1 year and 2 months so it's not possible that I'm banned for something fake so this is a place to contest a ban that has no reason to be!

No this is not the place, game bans have nothing to do with steam, they can not help you, you need to contact the devs and make a appeal if banned by facepunch, if it wasn`t facepunch then you need to appeal via eac.

FacePunch will not appeal it. My steam account was hacked 3 days ago and I regained control of it 2 days ago with the help of steam support. After my account was hacked, the person that hacked it got my account banned from rust. FacePunch response was "Account security and what it does in Rust is always your responsibility as the owner of the account." even though I was not in control of my account at the time.

Because nobody just hacked your account to cheat on Rust. Accounts get hijacked due to user fault.

Because nobody just hacked your account to cheat on Rust. Accounts get hijacked due to user fault.

The same thing happened to me, and they only used rust, they banned me permanently and nobody gives you a solution, they tell you it's your fault, I use two-factor, steam guard mobile, all the measures that steam offers and they still hacked me, steam never sent me a message that someone had connected from Hong Kong in my case, but if I change my profile picture it asks me for all kinds of confirmations, steam and facepunch are to blame too but they don't solve anything, they just let an external company easy anti cheat ban your account without reviewing anything and facepunch is not interested in the money you spend on their game, they don't care about their players.

you can submit an appeal on the EAC website
