anyone alse have this issue

im on a i5 4690k and 2060 super and 16gb of ram but i cant even get to main menu if i do it gets 1 fps these are passsed the min spec but i can never seem to play

The min specs was from 12 years ago. Sadly they did not ever update it.

dont listen to them i was playing on a 1050ti only a few months ago with 60 fps theres something wrong with your system your pc should run rust fine

Rust (on Unity game engine) is very CPU intensive .. Your 1050ti was fine, as is the OPs 2060 .. but OPs 4690k is not very good, and they don't mention if they have an SSD or HDD

Its definitely your i5. 2060 super is fine for rust at lower settings. CPU is gonna be holding you back in any modern game. Alot of engines these days are even more unforgiving with CPU dependence. Keep the super for now, get a decent AM5 chip and youll be set

I dont know, if you're also using hdd discs, but ive moved on for M2 ssd, I9 cpu, gonna upgrade my gpu too a 5080TI when i have the time.. it can be several things.

It's your money to spend, but even as an Nvidia-user, I would avoid all the 50 series cards. You'll get more for your money with a 4090, or even consider AMD.
